📌 Important Notes & Requirements

To ensure a smooth rental experience and maintain the quality of our equipment, please note the following requirements and policies.

  • Damage Deposit: $150 — Visa/Mastercard authorization hold, released when equipment returns in good condition
  • Payment: Credit/Debit Cards Only — Secure card payment processing for all rentals and deposits
  • Cleaning Fee: $10 — Only applied if equipment is returned dirty or stained (normal dirt and water marks are perfectly fine)
  • Photo ID Required — Government-issued ID needed for verification, quick photo taken at hand-off for rental agreement
  • Signed Waiver Required — Safety and liability waiver must be completed before rental begins

🕒 Pickup & Drop-off Schedule

I've designed flexible pickup and drop-off times to accommodate various schedules while ensuring equipment is properly prepared and maintained.

  • Morning Pickup/Drop-off: 7:00 – 9:00 AM — Perfect for early risers and full-day adventures
  • Evening Drop-off/Pickup: 8:00 – 10:00 PM — Accommodates late returns and sunset paddling
  • Flexible Timing Available — I'm happy to work with your schedule, just message me in advance
  • Location: Near Nanaimo SkyTrain Station — Convenient access via public transit or car
