â ī¸ Important: Damage Deposits & Liability
Damage deposits do not limit your liability. You remain fully responsible for all damage, loss, or theft of equipment, including full replacement costs if damage exceeds the deposit amount, complete replacement value for lost or stolen items, and any additional repair costs from misuse or negligence.

We operate as an online rental service only - there is no physical store location. All bookings and arrangements are made online, with equipment pickup at the designated location.
We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and accommodating while protecting our business.
24+ hours notice: Full refund or reschedule at no cost
Less than 24 hours: 50% refund or reschedule at no cost
If weather conditions are unsafe for paddleboarding, we'll reschedule at no additional cost or provide a full refund.

Water sports can be very dangerous and physically demanding. Participation may involve serious injury or death. By renting our equipment, you acknowledge these risks and accept full responsibility for your safety.

This overview does not constitute a legal waiver. A comprehensive liability waiver and rental agreement must be signed in person before equipment pickup. The full legal document will be presented at rental time.
Equipment is provided "as is" without warranty. You assume full responsibility for care, custody, and control from handoff until return. Equipment must be returned in substantially the same condition as received.
By renting our equipment, you expressly release and discharge VanSUP Rental, its owners, employees, and agents from any and all claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to your use of the equipment, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or wrongful death.
We do not provide accident, health, or liability insurance. You are responsible for your own medical costs, rescue expenses, or any other costs that may arise during your rental period. We recommend obtaining appropriate insurance coverage for your activities.
